A People-centered approach rooted deeply in connection, care & community
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
Taking the step to reach out for support is meaningful, and you deserve a space where you can show up as your whole self — without judgment, pressure, or expectation. I’m Amanda, and I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) practicing under clinical supervision, and I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families to navigate the challenges that shape your emotional world. This might mean working through trauma, an eating disorder, strengthening relationships, exploring your identity, or building skills to feel more grounded, connected, and confident.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in community. I truly believe that healing happens when you feel seen, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll explore what’s no longer serving you, reconnect with your strengths, and create practical, meaningful steps toward the life you want.

My Services
Couples Therapy
Reconnect. Understand. Thrive Together.
Couples therapy is a space to slow down, feel seen, and rebuild connection with intention and care. I offer a warm, relational, inclusive, and trauma-aware environment for partners of all identities, cultures, and relationship structures — including LGBTQIA+ couples, poly-affirming partnerships, and non-traditional family systems. Together, we’ll explore communication patterns, unmet needs, emotional safety, and the impact of both personal and systemic experiences on the relationship.
Through curiosity, collaboration, and supported vulnerability, partners can develop healthier communication, deepen trust, repair disconnection, and strengthen their foundation — not by striving for perfection, but by nurturing understanding, closeness, and shared growth rooted in respect and belonging.

Family Therapy
Connect. Understand. Grow Together.
Family therapy is about coming together with compassion, curiosity, and shared purpose. I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally-aware space where each member can feel heard, valued, and supported — including diverse family structures, identities, and lived experiences. Together, we’ll explore communication patterns, generational stories, stressors, and the impact of trauma and systemic factors, while practicing new ways of relating that feel safer, kinder, and more connected.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s authentic connection, mutual understanding, and meaningful change rooted in respect, dignity, and belonging.

Group Therapy
Share. Learn. Heal Together.
Group therapy is a supportive, communal space where individuals come together to connect, explore, and grow. I create groups tailored to participants’ needs — including parent support groups, self-compassion groups, and groups addressing systemic oppression — fostering communal healing while addressing the impact of trauma and social inequities. These sessions are designed to help participants move from self-exploration to meaningful social change, building connection, resilience, and confidence along the way.

Explore. Reflect. Grow.
Individual therapy is a space just for you — a place to slow down, feel seen, and explore what matters most. I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-aware environment for teens, adults, and people of all identities, cultures, and backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, an eating disorder, identity exploration, or life transitions, we’ll work together to reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
